We believe that a more relaxed society will have significant benefits, psychologically, socially and financially. However we think that just relaxing by taking a break or listening to music or exercising is insufficient. Rather, the key word is training. We want to be able to teach people the difference between just being relaxed and knowing how to relax. In other words, we want to teach individuals the skill of relaxing such they can apply these skill to their everyday life as well as in difficult circumstances.
